I've spent my 15+ years of career working at the intersection of creativity, technology, and people.

I started as an artist, moved into software and pipeline development, and later into training, capability development, and technology leadership. Along the way, I've

built production tools,
automated workflows,
developed products,
trained hundreds of students and professionals,
designed onboarding systems, and
led programs that helped people grow into new roles and responsibilities.

What interests me most is solving problems.

Sometimes that means building software.
Sometimes it means improving a workflow.
Sometimes it means creating a learning program or helping a team work more effectively.

The common thread is understanding how things work, finding opportunities to improve them, and turning ideas into practical solutions.

Today, my work spans technology leadership, pipeline & software development, AI, and storytelling. I believe the best solutions are built when technology, creativity, and people are treated as parts of the same system.
